Sautéed Shiitake Mushroom recipe
Makes 4 - 6 servings
Cooking time: 15 minutes
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 230 grams shiitake mushrooms
- 1/4 cup Teriyaki Sauce
Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook, tossing occasionally, until tender and golden brown, 8–10 minutes.
toss mushrooms occasionally untill are tender, Transfer mushrooms to a medium bowl and toss with teriyaki sauce.
TIP These can be made and stored for upto 5 days, cover and chill in the fridge
